13th century monastery of Morača, Montenegro, founded in 1252 by Stefan Vukanović on the river of the same name. The church is of the Rascian style and the gem is not the main church devoted to the Assumption of Theotokos (Mary), but the smaller chapel and its frescoes, depicting the life of the prophet St. Elias that date to the 13th century.
