Kate Kelly, Sutter Neuroscience Institute patient who underwent an non-invasive stint placement in November 2014 to present a burst brain aneurysm and within weeks was leading a normal life of travel to Washington State followed by a month of travel to New Zealand, including several days of hiking in inclement weather. Kate lives in the upper part of the Sierra Nevada foothills in Amador County, California.
